- Written quote — based on the type and size of the property, we prepare a quote with your exact rate and the services included.
- Handover — we collect the leases, keys and tenant contacts, or start leasing if the unit is empty.
- Day-to-day management — rent collected and deposited, maintenance followed, a monthly statement sent. You always know where your property stands.

Is the rate the same on the South Shore?
Yes: 5% to 10% of monthly rent for residential and 3% to 6% for commercial, before tax, and no fee while the unit is vacant. See our prices.

Yes. We set the rent from the local market, prepare the listing, run the showings, choose the tenant with you and handle the liaison with the syndicate.
