Born in the Ajax family, now grown up
Location Ajax Inc. offers a full range of property management and leasing services. It specialises in property management and in leasing rental buildings in Montréal and its surroundings.
For Location Ajax, reliability and loyalty are among the most important priorities. We take responsibility for keeping the property safe and in good condition, we take a real interest in our tenants, and we carry out routine maintenance with a wide network of reliable contractors.
Location Ajax is born
Within Gestion Ajax, which manages condominium syndicates, owners start trusting us with renting out their condos and apartments. The Location Ajax name and website are created for them.
Seven years of practice
Leasing, tenant screening, leases, collection, maintenance and emergencies, residential and commercial — in Montréal, Laval and on the South Shore.
Location Ajax Inc., a separate company
Rental management becomes its own business to go further: Location Ajax Inc. is incorporated, with its own leadership — Arman Safaryan, President, and Daria Mahdi, Vice-President.
